You can run 12volt lights and appliances directly from the batteries. These can be found in camping supplies, auto parts, rv sales, remember to look on ebay and in junkyards. Old cars and motorhomes/campers can be a cheap source of 12volt supplies like switches, lights, lamps, lamp holders, and appliances, ( most campers/RVs have inverters in them.) So, check out them junkyards and peoples backyards, and craigslist.(old ambulances too)
