Night Hike Gear List

Going over the gear I grabbed to go on a night hike, having your gear well orginized lets you just throw something together and leave.

it is the zoom, Its great. they do with a 1 watt LED that everyelse has to use a 3 watt LED. Which means you the brightest and the longest lasting battery.Plus with the zoom you can focus the beam.

How well does that solar charger work? I’ve been trying to find one that works good but I’ve had no luck at all.

its does fine, it doesnt have much amperage output, but it has an internal battery so it can just hang out ontop of your pack and charge while you hike, it also means you can charge things at night without the sun.

use what works for you, knife choices should be a person choice, not recommendations

if you want to go hiking, GO HIKING, people will sell you crap every single day. Common sense is the best thing you can bring with you. Grab 1 or 2 dogs, an mp3 player with your favorite tunes, a sense of adventure and appreciation for the forest, and a handgun if bear attacks occur in your area.
