		<description>no you can not use a normal chainsaw chain, primarily because the mono-directional cut configuration.  Second, because when you &quot;bend&quot; the chain blade side with a chainsaw blade, it will bind up on itself. Especially with smaller diameter woods.   
When it comes to energy efficient wood cutting in a survival situation... nothing beats a razor sharp axe.</description>
